Device does not block. A fix was put in to send calls to VM but there was a FW update and now that will no longer work.
Everyone, including MetroPCS, is aware of this issue. The app was preloaded on to this device before it passed our QA.The OEM sent details of their testing, noting that the device didn't block, and passed it any way. At this moment there is not a fix for this device.
