Boost/Sprint Pre Paid/Virgin Mobile users are unable to access CallWatch. Users will see a screen that tells the user their carrier is not currently available for CallWatch. This is due to MCC/MNC change.
How to respond: We are very sorry for this inconvenience! With further investigation, we have learned that Boost Mobile has a new MCC and and MNC. We are actively working on trying to fix this issue. If you would like to be notified when this is available, please let us know.
