Why was I billed again?

All subscriptions will automatically renew until canceled. If you are having trouble with your subscription, send us an email using the Contact Support option found on the Help page within the app. If you no longer have the app installed, please send a support request and include the phone number associated with your PrivacyStar subscription so that we can locate your account.
