I changed phones or phone numbers and the app isn't recognizing my subscription.

PrivacyStar Support -

If you kept the same phone number, PrivacyStar should recognize your subscription once you install and run the app on the new device.

If you changed phone numbers, or if you are getting an expiration message please contact support by pressing Submit a request. Let us know your old and new phone numbers in the email and that you need to transfer your subscription.
