Complaints are a formal notice to a regulatory agency about an unwanted call from a telemarketer or debt collector. In the United States, they are sent to the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) DO NOT CALL registry.
To create a complaint, tap File a Complaint from the home screen of the app. From here, select the number that you wish to file a complaint against, then tap File a Complaint. Next, specify the type of complaint and any additional notes about the complaint.
