We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your account! Before you cancel, know that we are able to freely transfer your subscription to any Android device with a valid, ten digit phone number. If you are having problems with the app, let us know and we will be happy to help resolve any issues you may be experiencing.
If your subscription shows up on your monthly phone bill, you will need to contact your carrier to cancel your subscription. For Sprint/Boost/Virgin Mobile customers, you can reach a representative by dialing *2 from your mobile device.
If you subscribed using one of the available Google Play billing options, you can cancel your subscription at any time from the Google Play store on your device, or by logging in online at https://play.google.com/store.
If you subscribed using one of the previously available billing options that are not listed here, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include the phone number associated with your PrivacyStar subscription in your cancellation request so that we can locate your account.
*Please note that uninstalling or deleting the app will not cancel your subscription. All subscriptions remain active until cancelled.
