Will my subscription work with a new phone or number?

PrivacyStar Support -

If you changed phones but kept the same number it will automatically transfer when you load the app on your new phone. If you switched to a new new phone number, we will have to transfer it to your new number. Send us a support request with both the old and the new phone number and be sure that you have the app installed on the device with the new phone number.
